Your decision to be baptized in water is a public declaration that you are a Christian—a child of God. You are following Jesus’ final instructions to His disciples in Matthew 28:19–20:
“Baptize people in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.”

Water Baptism Meeting (Required):
- Please arrive 30 minutes early on the day of baptism.
- Time: 10:00 AM sharp
- This brief meeting will cover instructions and allow time for any questions.
Before You Arrive:
- Complete this application form and bring a printed copy to the baptism meeting.
- Prepare your testimony – a short explanation of how you came to know Christ and your commitment to serve Him. You’ll be invited to share this during the baptism service.
- Pray for your baptism to be a deeply spiritual and memorable milestone in your life.
- Invite family and friends—whether or not they attend church—to celebrate this joyful occasion with you.

- A towel
- Dark, modest clothing (e.g., jeans and a plain t-shirt without writing or logos)
- A change of clothes (dressing rooms for men and women will be available)
- Flip-flops or sandals
